Business Studies

Business Studies has become an established field of study at GCSE and A Level at Wolverley. 

Students can choose to study the subject either in Yr 10 (GCSE) or in yr 12(AS/A2).  Some students begin their studies at GCSE and pursue the subject through to A2.

The subject looks at the key areas of managing a business, from the external business environment through to marketing, production and financial control. 

By studying this subject students are prepared for the world of work, which few other subjects are able to offer. The experienced team who deliver the subject have over 20 years practical industrial and retail experience which means real-world examples of theoretical concepts are brought into the classroom to enable students to grasp the reality of the business world.
